Information we collect and use

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and related correspondence. We do not use contact information for marketing or add people who contact us to marketing lists.

Our hosting, security, and diagnostic services may also process IP addresses, device and browser details, pages visited, interactions, session identifiers, and error information to operate, protect, and improve the website.

Service providers

We use Google Cloud and Google-hosted email to deliver inquiries. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website. We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the contact form from spam. Our error-monitoring integration uses Sentry when configured, with session-replay text and inputs masked and media blocked. These providers may process information outside your country. See Google’s privacy notice and Sentry’s privacy notice for their practices. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics is enabled on our website. It may use cookies and browser storage to measure visits and interactions. Our integration allows Google signals and advertising personalization signals, which may allow Google to associate activity across websites and services, depending on Google account and service settings. Analytics loads automatically; we do not currently provide an on-site consent banner or analytics opt-out control. Our analytics events describe page visits, device information, and interactions such as button clicks and form activity. We do not include the name, email address, company, or message entered in the contact form in Google Analytics events.

You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The website currently does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. For inquiries and related correspondence, we consider whether the inquiry is resolved and whether follow-up or an ongoing business relationship requires continued retention. For website logs and analytics, we consider operational, security, and diagnostic needs. We also consider applicable legal obligations and the need to resolve disputes or protect legal rights. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
